How does it work? 

We’ve designed this program (and the tech behind it) so it’s seamless for you to integrate and implement:

  1. You decide on the length of your program (3/6/12 months).
  2. You choose the dates of your seminars, weekly boosters, and live coaching sessions.
  3. We set up all of the tech based on your requirements.
  4. You receive the first email template that introduces the program, prompts registration, and encourages your team to confidentially submit their Hidden Stress Assessment and ask health-related questions.
  5. All employees receive free access to The 8 Weeks to Awesome Wellness Challenge.
  6. You sit back and relax while you review reports, data, feedback, and success stories!

Choose from our library of online health and wellness seminars designed to help today’s busy, stressed out professional conquer the Hidden Stress that’s keeping them from feeling their best.  The first seminar is called Let’s Talk About Stress. Then you can choose based on what you and your team members need.

Weekly Coaching

Throughout the program, your team will gain access to coaching videos that address the specific questions and challenges raised by your team. These videos provide clear, actionable insights tailored to their needs, ensuring practical solutions that can be implemented immediately. To ensure they receive advice that is specific to their own unique health goals, they can submit questions 3 ways – through a confidential form throughout the program, via monthly seminars, or via live group coaching sessions.

Live Q&A

Team members will have exclusive access to quarterly live coaching sessions, where you can ask questions, gain tailored insights, and receive personalized guidance to stay on track with your goals. These sessions offer actionable strategies and foster a sense of community by connecting you with others on a similar path. Can’t make a live coaching session? Don’t stress!

Every session will be recorded and uploaded to your unique NPW Portal. Pro Tip: If you can’t attend a session, submit your questions in advance and watch the replay later for the answers.

As a manager, I have a lot on my plate. What exactly is required of me in order to get this program launched?

All you need to do is distribute the announcement email we send to you! Once you get to know us, you’ll know that we do not like wasting time. And we sure don’t want to waste your time either. This is why we have streamlined this program so it is as efficient as possible – for all parties involved.

How long do we have to run the program?

The program must be completed within 12 months from the start date.

How long is the program, and how long do we have access to the content?

The Vitality+ Program is available as a 13/26/52 week program, but you have access to all replays and boosters for 1 additional month. Your team members also receive free access to our signature course, The 8 Weeks to Awesome Wellness Challenge. 

You're giving FREE access to The 8 Weeks to Awesome to our entire team? Does it matter how many employees we have?

No, it doesn’t matter how many employees you have. Regardless of the number of employees, everyone receives free access to our signature course, The 8 Weeks to Awesome Wellness Challenge.

However, the longer your program, the longer your team has access:

52-week program (12 months): All employees receive lifetime access to The 8 Weeks to Awesome.

26-week program (6 months): All employees have access for 26 weeks.

13 week program (3 months): All employees have access for 13 weeks.

Will we need to invest in anything else besides this program?

No. Unless you decide to add seminars or group coaching sessions or convert virtual seminars into live seminars rather than virtual, there are no additional fees.

What happens after we confirm participation in the program?

Once you’ve signed your contract, we’ll set you up with our admin team to secure your deposit and dates. We’ll review your objectives so we’re on the same page for launch, and then share the email template for the program (so you don’t have to write it)!

The process also includes how to instruct your team to sign up for their free access to The 8 Weeks to Awesome Wellness Challenge.

Which seminar topics are covered over the year?

The first seminar we present is Let’s Talk About Stress, our foundational seminar simplifying the science behind Hidden Stress and The Top 10 Unhealthy Habits. Beyond this, you can choose your seminars from our comprehensive library of Seminar Topics.

We only signed up for 6 months. Can we extend the program?

Of course. Whether you signed up for 3, 6 or 12 months, the program can be extended longer to suit the needs of your employees and the objectives of your organization.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept electronic transfer, credit card and debit via Stripe or PayPal.

What results can we expect from this program?

How many attendees can we have per seminar?

We can accommodate up to 495 participants per virtual session. If your group is larger than 495, additional fees apply.

How do people register for each session? We really don't want to have to deal with the tech!

Do not stress! We’ve got you covered. When we send you the email template for the launch, it includes a one-click registration link. Participants will register for all seminars via the link, receive confirmations and reminders from Zoom, and that’s it! We’ve tested this over and over again…it’s as seamless as it can be – and you don’t have to deal with the tech, thank goodness!
