There are plenty of reasons people end up missing meals but the top 2 are that you’re either too busy at work and can’t be bothered or you’re dieting and think skipping meals will help you lose weight. Either way, you’re sabotaging your health. Skipping meals puts your body under stress that can ultimately contribute to disease, fatigue, weight gain, hormone imbalance, poor sleep, skin conditions, mood disorder, etc.
