Not only does Mr. Sapolsky include valid research (he has degrees from Harvard and Rockefeller Universities, is currently a Professor of Biology and Neurology at Stanford University and a Research Associate with the Institute of Primate Research – he studied baboons for 30 years!) which is perfect for a geek like me, but he has a great sense of humour which makes it easier to not only cut the edge off the seriousness but also show us that he is human, as we all are, and we make mistakes. If you want a better understanding of what stress is doing to your body, read “Why Zebras Don’t Get Ulcers“. It will not disappoint.
